The opportunity to help families discover a perfect home is exhilarating!  I visualize picnics in the back yard, Christmas mornings by the fireplace and feel the incredible pride every homeowner has.   It’s fun and I love it!

I take my responsibilities seriously.  Knowledge, Experience and attentiveness are important.  I was licensed in 1987 and have received numerous designations and much success.   Each and every closing provides a unique sense of satisfaction. The process becomes very personal with the culmination of weeks of planning, organizing and finally realizing the goal.

Marketing properties is a welcome challenge.  It is more important than ever to be precise with a recommended selling price, stage properties and target the buyer for each property.  Navigating through the numerous advertising portals and exploring strategies i the ever changing internet is very exciting!  It is imperative to advertise where buyers are looking and today, that is definitely the internet!

My Other Passions!

My Family- my husband of 37 years is a retired captain on Greensboro Fire Department.  He is my biggest supporter and my best friend.

My Daughter is a treasure.  She and her husband have given me two adorable grandchildren who are literally my sunshine.

My Son had a tragic accident at age 25 and left us with a beautiful daughter in law and a granddaughter.  They helped me discover joy again.  My daughter in law is now married to my son’s good friend and is a wonderful father to my granddaughter for which I am so grateful.

The Beach – particularly Emerald Isle – has been a source of fun, solace, healing and tranquility. The sea never fails to put things into perspective for me.

The Lake – Belews Lake and our dream home became a reality in 1999.  My family loves being around water.  It has been a great source for family activities.

Gardening – a novice but a huge stress reliever.

Cooking – when I have time, I love trying new recipes and entertaining.

Friends – can’t live without them!

Faith – I am grateful for a God that is present with me every minute of every day

Community – I am a native of North Carolina, born in the foothills, grew up in Greensboro, lived in Kernersville 20 plus years and have worked in Triad real estate for the last 23years.
